Leticia Balcarse

Chilean Chef with more than 28 years of experience. My career started in Chile, when I opened a restaurant, continued in Scotland, Spain, and Canada where I began an apprenticeship at George Restaurant in Toronto and catered as well as private Chef. I moved to Amsterdam four years ago with the idea of launching Leticia’s Recipes.
